CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Please note: • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances • Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit • No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking again By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
